I'm 4 months Pregnant and my cat coughed on my face. Is it okay?

I love my cat so much that we play everyday like almost hourly. I'm pregnant tho, my friends including my husband restricts me to touch my cat. It broke my heart, so i did some research and I've read that it's just not okay for me to change the litter box (which he doesn't really need to because he knows how to poop on soil at the backyard). Just earlier I was saying good night to my Mookie and he suddenly just coughed. My cat is within my head level during that time since he loves sleeping on top of the bunk bed. Is it okay? am I safe? I'm just so worried! He doesn't normally cough so Im kind of alarmed.
