What is Wrong With My cat?

Went to Let her in the kitchen for breakfast. she stood up and then stopped and almost fell over. Like pre seizure type stuff. She has been acting Like she is Drunk all morning. Her nose is dry and hot. and i She also Went to the bathroom and missed the litter box. and the stool is very pale almost White. is appears softer than usual but no diarrhea or anything like that. she is eating she has not lost her appetite. what do you think it could be? The local vet isn't open Yet so i was hoping maybe somebody on here would know something.
