Why does my bunnies poo smell so bad?

We've had our rabbit for just over 2 weeks she is very friendly and spends most her time sat next to one of us. 2 days ago she began weeing on us both and now she seems to just be Pooing everywhere. They look like normal hard poos but they have a really strong smell like her night time poos she also smells but there is none on her coat or her bum and it's not inflamed or red she is litter trained but she only poos near us or around the sofa where we sit, she hasn't been spayed yet as she us too younge untill next month. Why do they smell so bad, she has had a carrot but that was 5 days ago.
