My kitten is peeing everywhere?

My cat is about 10 months old and we have not had any problems with him peeing outside the kitty litter before. Now for about the past month he has been peeing. First just little drizzles in the sinks and then he did it on the floor, still just little drizzles. Then he started peeing bigger on the couch. He has been nuetered but it doesn't look like my other cats when they were fixed. I was just wondering if anyone knew why he was doing this. My parents said I have to get rid of him if he does it again. Please help me.
