WHAT KIND OF HEALTH PROBLEMS CAN YOU GET FROM THE CAT POO AN P SMELL?

Ok i stay in an apartment with a girl who has 2 cat and she dont like to clean to clean the litter box or pic up the poo or p it does outside the litter box and i was just wondering what ind of sick issues could that give me or my baby.. i mean the smell is awful
