Fighting cats! (sisters)?

I have two cats with a dominance issue. And one cat stays in my room bc of it..litter box and all. But im sick of it being in here...will it be mean on me to move it in the other room? The cat never leaves me room bc of the other cat..I feel horrible but do u think she'll start leaving the room and going to her liter box that's in the room where the other cat goes?
