Cat litter troubles? Clumps vs dust?

I use Arm and Hammer Super Scoop for my cat. it still clumps and it does not have an overpowering smell. On a side note it does not have much dust at all and you can not smell the cat's .... left behinds. I scoop it out at least once a day but with one cat I really dont need to change it but every other day to every three days.
