Can my guinea pig be a show guinea pig?

I have a pet guinea pig and I bought her from a pet store. I was wondering if i could show her but I don't know if i can because she has chew marks on her ear from her litter mate's ( well that's what the pet store said it was from) and I don't know if i would be marked down for that. There are little chunk's of her ear missing and I would realy like to show her. SOME ONE HELP ME!!!!
